The Grow Namibia Foundation does not seek partners for branding purposes. We seek organisations that understand the complexity of community-based conservation and are willing to commit to long-term, transparent engagement.

We work alongside established conservation bodies rather than duplicating effort. If you have identified community needs that require additional resourcing, we want to hear from you.

What Partnership Looks Like
Case-Specific Funding
Partners contribute to specific, named cases with defined budgets, timelines, and impact metrics. No pooled funds without clear allocation.
Transparent Reporting
Quarterly update reports, photographic evidence, community feedback, and financial reconciliation. Partners see exactly where their contribution went.
Community Engagement
Where appropriate, partners may visit project sites and meet community members directly. All visits are arranged through the conservancy and respect community protocols.
Long-Term Commitment
We prioritise partners who understand that conservation outcomes take time. Short-term, high-visibility partnerships are not our model.
